Cimbalom Artist
Miklós Lukács is one of the world’s most acclaimed and versatile cimbalom players, renowned for bringing the instrument to the forefront of the international music scene. He has appeared as a soloist with orchestras including the BBC Symphony Orchestra, Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, and Philharmonisches Staatsorchester Hamburg, and collaborated in jazz with Charles Lloyd, Steve Coleman, and Bill Frisell. Featured on more than fifty recordings, he is the recipient of the Liszt, Erkel, and Prima Prizes, and a member of the Széchenyi Academy of Literature and Arts.

Multi-award-winning pianist and composer Krisztián Oláh channels his genre-spanning versatility into shaping one of the most exciting ensembles on the Hungarian scene: the Krisztián Oláh Quartet. Featuring Kálmán Oláh (saxophone), Marcell Gyányi (double bass), and Dániel Serei (drums), the group merges compositional depth with improvisatory freedom, forging a vibrant, distinctive sound.

Balázs Demény is the resident soloist of the Dinu Lipatti Philharmonic, with over 70 concerto appearances across Europe. A prizewinner of the Ile de France and Hans von Bülow International Piano Competitions and recipient of the Junior Prima Award, he has performed at venues such as Munich’s Gasteig, Dresden’s Semperoper, Berlin’s Konzerthaus, and Müpa Budapest. His repertoire ranges from classical masterpieces to contemporary works, with recordings released by BMC Records.
